Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or a new-timer when it comes to the gym, we all have our blind spots. We do more than simply provide workout programs. We deliver transformations in body and mindset, driving forward holistic improvement by guiding you every step of the way.
Coaching provides you with the resources necessary to feel confident in your goals. That’s important considering how low the success rate is in the gym. With only 20% of gym members actually attending regularly, signing up isn’t even half the battle. It takes dedication to show up consistently, and even then, many of the workouts out there are inefficient. More isn’t always better, and the goal with us is to maximize what you can get with your time spent in order to truly achieve a better outcome.
What is obex?
In the pursuit of one’s goals, one common truth can be seen: the obstacle is the way. Originally adapted from Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius in Meditations: “The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.”
We know that shortcuts are never the key to real success. Rather than dilute your vision by taking an easier path, develop it into a reality by transforming resistance into momentum. We believe fitness should create confidence, and our goal is to help people get past that initial phase in order to consistently crush their workouts.
